2024-25 was a challenging year on the health front. To help keep my family and friends informed, I created a journal. The creative process has always been my happy place so this exercise was also therapeutic. Images of signs, words and symbols helped complement my writing and sometimes added a little lightheartedness.

By the way, I’m doing much better.
